[Yuexiu Capital: shareholders intend to participate in re-financing Securities Lending Business] April 16, Yuexiu Capital announced that Guangzhou Industrial Investment holding Group Co., Ltd. which holds 539 million shares (10.75% of the company's total share capital) of the company intends to participate in the re-financing securities lending business within 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of the announcement. It is planned to lend no more than 50.1713 million shares, that is, no more than 1 per cent of the total share capital of the company.
