[Airbus reaches a $6.7 billion helicopter contract with Saudi Arabia] Fawaz Alakeel, CEO of Saudi defense company Scopa Industries Corp, said on June 19th that the company signed an agreement with Airbus to jointly produce civilian and military helicopters in Saudi Arabia, which is expected to build more than 100 helicopters and create 8500 jobs in Saudi Arabia.
