Hong Kong's unemployment rate remains at 3% from March to May

Hong Kong's unemployment rate from March to May remains at 3%. According to the Census and Statistics Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative region, the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate from March to May was 3%, the same as that from February to April. The underemployment rate also remained at 1.2%. According to industry analysis, the unemployment rate in the accommodation service industry fell by 0.4 percentage points to 3.5%, while the unemployment rate in the construction industry, wholesale industry, human health care industry and social work industry decreased compared with the same period last year, while the unemployment rate in other industries remained unchanged or increased, but generally remained at a low level.
