FAP, June 19 / PRNewswire-FirstCall-Asianet /-- Michelin said Monday that it has agreed to acquire Flex Composite Group (Flex Composite Group) from French private equity firm IDI to create a leader in high-tech engineering fabrics and films. Michelin said the deal, including Flex debt, was worth 700m euros.
