"East and West" is not simply to move the server from the east to the west. With the construction of the integrated big data center, the layout of computing resources will be more scattered in the future. The east mainly focuses on real-time business, while the west mainly focuses on non-real-time business. At present, whether it is "East number West", "East number West training" or "East Cloud West Library", it is necessary to reorganize the disordered and heterogeneous computing power through the network in order to provide services. Therefore, we should not only solve the problem of efficient interconnection of computing power between the east and the west, but also make great efforts in how to co-ordinate computing power, transport capacity and storage capacity, and optimize resource scheduling. We should pay more attention to the construction of cross-regional power dispatching and trading mechanisms, and link supply and demand, so as to achieve the effect of "counting the east and counting the west".
