(2) to complete the necessary test projects for grid-connected operation, and the power dispatching agency has confirmed that the access system equipment (devices) meet the technical requirements and dispatching management requirements for the safe and stable operation of the power grid. (3) to sign a grid-connected dispatching agreement, a contract for the purchase and sale of electricity or a contract for high-voltage power supply.
