The Civil Aviation Administration has launched a special rectification work to improve the bridge-near rate of flights at and above 10 million-class airports.

FIAP, 16 Jun (Xinhua)-- Ma Zhigang, deputy director of the Airport Department of the Civil Aviation Administration, said that recently, the party group of the Civil Aviation Administration has decided to include "increasing the bridge-berthing rate of 10 million-class and above airport flights" in the special renovation list of thematic education and start the special rectification work. The special rectification work will focus on 13 hub airports in 10 major international aviation hub cities, and will comprehensively carry out a special campaign to improve the near-seat bridge rate of flights in 41 10 million-level airports across the country. The goal of the rectification work is that by the end of August this year, airports with a current bridge rate of less than 80% will increase by no less than 5 percentage points, airports with a bridge rate of 80% and 90% will strive to increase by two percentage points, and airports with a bridge rate of more than 90% will not decline.
