[declaration on Deep Strategic Partnership signed by the Presidents of Algeria and Russia]-on 15 June, visiting Algerian President Terben and Russian President Putin signed a declaration on deep strategic partnership between the two countries in the Kremlin in Moscow. Also present at the signing ceremony were members of the delegations of the two governments.
