Fees for up-to-standard commendation activities through evaluation; 7. Illegal fees through professional qualification identification; 8. Compel or induce enterprises to participate in meetings, training, exhibitions, assessment and evaluation, commendation, overseas visits and other fee-based activities; 9. Compel market entities to sponsor, donate or order relevant products or publications; 10. To collect management fees and sponsorship fees in the name of setting up branches or representative offices; 11. Collect fees other than membership fees from members in the name of serving as directors, executive directors and responsible persons; 12. The standard of membership dues has not been formulated or revised in accordance with the prescribed procedures; 13. The monopolistic and compulsory business service charging items have not been adjusted and standardized in accordance with the requirements of the Circular of the General Office of the State Council on further standardizing the Chamber of Commerce fees of Trade Associations (State Office issued (2020) No. 21); 14. The charging standard of operating service items with market-adjusted prices is unreasonable; 15. Fees are not included in the unified management and accounting of the statutory accounts of the unit, and the fees are transferred to the organized enterprises or affiliated enterprises; 16. Other enterprises and the masses strongly reflect the behavior of arbitrary charges.
