The relevant responsible comrades of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee announced the Central Committee's decision on the readjustment of the main responsible comrades of China Baowu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.: comrade Hu Wangming was appointed chairman and party committee secretary of China Baowu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. He was relieved from his post as general manager of China Baowu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., and Comrade Chen Derong was relieved from his post as chairman and party committee secretary of China Baowu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. The appointment and removal of relevant posts shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and articles of association.
