China always treats and handles Sino-US relations in accordance with the principles of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation put forward by President Xi Jinping. Qin Gang expounded his solemn position on China's core concerns such as the Taiwan issue, stressing that the United States should respect it, stop interfering in China's internal affairs, and stop harming China's sovereign, security and development interests in the name of competition. It is hoped that the US side will take practical actions to implement the important consensus reached by the heads of state of the two countries in Bali and relevant US commitments, effectively manage differences, promote exchanges and cooperation with the Chinese side, and promote Sino-US relations to stop falling and stabilize and return to the track of healthy and stable development.
