The notice shows that among the above three plots, the land to the south of Wentai Street and east of Meizizhou Road in Jiangxinzhou Street, Jianyu District, covers an area of about 46000 square meters, with a starting price of 2.52 billion yuan. Yuhuatai District Tiexinqiao Street, west of the second passageway of the airport, south of Weijiu Road, with a transfer area of 42600 square meters, with a starting price of 2.17 billion yuan. In addition, Jiangning District, the future science and technology city north of Songyi Road, east of Fengyi Street, land area of about 59200 square meters, with a starting price of 1.5 billion yuan. It is reported that Nanjing originally planned to sell four plots in three batches of land supply this year, with a total starting price of 6.48 billion yuan. After the extension of the above three commercial residential land, only one rehousing site will be sold on time on June 14.
