Ten departments of Fujian jointly issued a document: nine measures to comprehensively promote the Construction of "Electric Fujian". The Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and other ten departments recently jointly issued the "opinions on the implementation of comprehensively promoting the Construction of" Electric Fujian "(2023-2025). Nine measures are put forward, such as cultivating and strengthening the industrial chain of new energy vehicles, strengthening the promotion and application of new energy vehicles, and promoting the development of the whole industry chain of electric ships. Among them, in order to effectively enhance the competitiveness of Fujian new energy vehicle industry, the "implementation opinions" put forward specific objectives and targeted measures from the aspects of supporting vehicle enterprises to increase production and improve quality, introducing and cultivating supporting enterprises in the industrial chain, and speeding up promotion and application. For example, manufacturers of new energy vehicles whose annual capacity utilization rate reaches certain conditions will be rewarded with a maximum of 10 million yuan, and enterprises of new energy vehicles and power batteries will be supported to introduce supporting enterprises in the industrial chain, with annual incentive funds up to 10 million yuan. We will promote the pilot project of fully electrifying public domain vehicles, and strive to basically switch to new energy vehicles in scenic spots of class 4A and above within two years.
