FAP, June 13 / PRNewswire-FirstCall-Asianet /-- researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Tufts University have designed an artificial intelligence algorithm based on large language models such as ChatGPT, a new model called ConPLex that matches target proteins with potential drug molecules without performing intensive steps to calculate the molecular structure. The relevant paper is published in the latest issue of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
