Holders of existing Jingcheng bills with more than 91% of the outstanding principal amount have submitted a letter to join the Jingcheng restructuring support agreement; and creditors holding existing space-based debt instruments with an outstanding principal amount of more than 64% have submitted a letter to join the space-based restructuring support agreement.
