In accordance with laws and administrative regulations such as the Administrative punishment Law of the people's Republic of China, the Tobacco Monopoly Law of the people's Republic of China, the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Protection of minors, and the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the implementation of the Tobacco Monopoly Law, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently revised and promulgated the provisions on Administrative punishment procedures for Tobacco Monopoly. These provisions shall apply to administrative penalties imposed by tobacco monopoly bureaus at all levels and will enter into force as of July 20, 2023. The provisions on Administrative punishment procedures for Tobacco Monopoly promulgated on January 21, 2010 shall be repealed at the same time.
