From a legal point of view, the realization of Chinese-style modernization can not be achieved without the private economy; from a realistic point of view, the role of the private economy determines its irreplaceable important position: contributing more than 50% of the tax revenue, more than 60% of the technological innovation achievements of GDP,70%, more than 80% of the urban labor force is employed, and more than 90% of the number of enterprises; from the goal of building a modern and powerful country, the expansion of the total economic output requires the private economy.
