(South Korea: introducing AI into primary, secondary and high school courses by 2025 to achieve comprehensive coverage by 2028)-South Korea's Asia Daily reported on the 10th that in order to meet the growing demand for diversified learning content, digital textbooks of artificial intelligence (AI) will be introduced in primary and secondary schools from 2025. Starting from the spring of 2025, students in the third and fourth grades of primary schools, as well as Grade one and Grade one of junior high school in South Korea will use AI textbooks in Mandarin, mathematics, English and information technology, and plan to expand applied subjects and grades every year to achieve full coverage by 2028. South Korea plans to expand the AI curriculum to social, science, family economics, science and technology subjects in 2026; to include history courses in 2027; and to complete the AI curriculum except physical education, music, art and other practical courses in 2028.
