Xinhua News Agency, June 9, China Industry International announced that Beiqi Hospital, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, plans to jointly contribute to the establishment of national machine special inspection with Hefei General Hospital, a related party, with a registered capital tentatively set at 300 million yuan. Among them, Beiqi Hospital subscribed 60 million yuan and held 20% of its shares, while Hefei General Hospital subscribed 240 million yuan and held 80% of its shares. The transaction will help both sides to further integrate the special equipment inspection business resources, further strengthen the special inspection business, and consolidate the special inspection qualification.
