The average investment in information technology of securities firms is not less than 10% of the average net profit or 7% of the average operating income from 2023 to 2025. The draft for soliciting opinions is that the average investment in information technology for the three years is not less than 8% of the average net profit or 6% of the average operating income for the above three years, and the proportion of investment is required to increase. The most important point of this plan is to encourage qualified securities firms to make full use of new technologies to actively promote the construction of a new generation of core systems and carry out the transformation and upgrading of the technical architecture of the core systems. It is understood that the overall goal of the plan is to organize and guide securities firms to actively implement various action measures, so as to promote the network and information security construction of the securities industry to achieve solid results.
