The decline narrowed in May from a month-on-month decline of 37.3 per cent in April, but rose 52.1 per cent from a year earlier. At the same time, the number of second-hand houses listed in Beijing is also increasing. The market has exceeded 100000 sets in November last year, and the number of second-hand listings exceeded 110000 units in May this year.
