Beijing, June 9 (Xinhua)-- according to the statistics of the Housing and Construction Commission of Kerry, the number of second-hand housing transactions in Beijing in May was 12982, a decrease of more than 9300 from the high point of 22305 in March this year, and the reduction is almost equal to the monthly turnover in the coldest period of the property market in recent years. The decline narrowed in May from a month-on-month decline of 37.3 per cent in April, but rose 52.1 per cent from a year earlier. At the same time, the number of second-hand houses listed in Beijing is also increasing. The market has exceeded 100000 sets in November last year, and the number of second-hand listings exceeded 110000 units in May this year. As of June 9, the official website of Shell shows that the latest number of listings has exceeded 120000 sets.
