Caixian News Agency, June 9, China-Germany Chamber of Commerce held a press conference on 8 June on the survey report on the future development of German enterprises in China. The survey report shows that although German companies' prospects for recovery and business confidence in the Chinese market in the post-epidemic era have not reached their previous expectations, however, most German enterprises in China still have a positive attitude towards future development and are willing to continue to expand their Chinese market share. "China and Germany have deep cooperation in many industries, and at present, no single market can replace China," said Hubertus Troska, chairman of the North and Northeast China Chamber of Commerce of China and Germany. "German companies will continue to seek layout strategies to deepen co-operation and diversification in the Chinese market, so decoupling [with China] is impossible for most industries," he added.
