It is reported that the "interim measures" propose that central enterprises should strictly regulate the establishment of project funds, and in principle shall not initiate the establishment of financial funds. The asset-liability ratio exceeds the industry control line prescribed by the State-owned assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the group management and control ability is weak, and major risks or large losses occur in the fund business. As of the end of last year, the overall accumulated losses of the audited fund business exceeded 20% of the amount actually paid by the fund, the fund management team is insufficient, the investment efficiency of the established fund is low, and the central enterprise with a large balance of funds raised shall not, in principle, initiate the establishment of an industrial fund. The central enterprise shall prudently contribute to the participation fund, standardize the contribution to the government investment fund, and strictly control the participation fund for the contracted business.
