Xinhua News Agency, June 8, Chinese online announced that it is proposed to raise no more than 2.51 billion yuan for the upgrading of IP content resources, intelligent upgrading of digital content based on new technology, data center and comprehensive information system technology upgrading projects, replenishment of working capital and repayment of bank loans.
