For the damaged wheat affected by continuous overcast and rainy weather this year, Henan Province requires all counties (cities and districts) to bear the main responsibility for the disposal of damaged wheat, with reference to relevant state regulations, comprehensively considering factors such as farmers' grain growing cost and wheat quality, reasonably determine the fixed-point collection and storage enterprises and the purchase price of damaged wheat, and make it public in time through newspapers, television, radio, Internet and other channels. The damaged wheat that meets the standard of safe storage should be collected. It is necessary to strengthen supervision over the purchase, storage and marketing of damaged wheat that does not meet the food hygiene indicators, and strictly prevent wheat that does not meet food safety standards from entering the food rations market.
