[Huaihe Energy: plans to focus on bidding to reduce 2% of previously repurchased shares]-Huaihe Energy announced that the share buyback plan had been implemented from May 10, 2021 to June 24, 2021, with a total of 88.5451 million shares of the company being repurchased, accounting for 2.28% of the company's total share capital. The company plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 77.7252 million repurchased shares (accounting for 2 per cent of the company's total share capital) at the market price from 15 trading days from the date of this announcement to January 2, 2024.
