China's trade with ASEAN totaled 2.59 trillion yuan, an increase of 9.9 percent, accounting for 15.4 percent of China's total foreign trade. The European Union is my second largest trading partner. The total value of our trade with the European Union is 2.28 trillion yuan, an increase of 3.6 percent, accounting for 13.6 percent. The United States is my third largest trading partner, and the total value of my trade with the United States is 1.89 trillion yuan, down 5.5 percent, accounting for 11.3 percent. Japan is my fourth largest trading partner, and the total value of my trade with Japan is 902.66 billion yuan, down 3.5%, accounting for 5.4%. In the same period, China's imports and exports to countries along the "Belt and Road Initiative" route totaled 5.78 trillion yuan, an increase of 13.2%.
