[Asia Television Holdings announces launch of e-commerce live broadcast business]-Asia Television Holdings Limited, a listed company in Hong Kong, announced that it will begin to enter the business of e-commerce live broadcast on June 6, 2023, which is operated by two indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of Guangxi ATV Swan Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd and ATV Culture Media (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The Board believes that the e-commerce live broadcast business, as a supplement to the Group's media, culture and entertainment business, can increase the sales and market share of the Group's media, culture and entertainment business, thereby increasing the Group's revenue.
