[Singapore Energy Group increases its investment in China New Energy Project] the Singapore Energy Group, which is wholly owned by Temasek, increased its investment in China New Energy project and announced on June 6 the construction of a large green energy power plant integrating photovoltaic power generation and agricultural cultivation in Meizhou, Guangdong Province, with a total installed capacity of 78MW, which is expected to be fully connected to the grid in seven months. This is one of the first ground-based centralized photovoltaic power station projects it has invested in the Chinese market. Earlier, Singapore Energy Group also acquired rooftop photovoltaic assets near 150MW from Liansheng New Energy Group.
