The advent of high-performance interface memristors as artificial synapses for neural morphological computation

FAP, June 6 (FAP)-scientists at Los Alamos National Laboratory in the United States are trying to replicate the unparalleled computing power of the human brain. they have created a new interface memristor device. The results show that the device has good programmability and reliability and can be used as artificial synapses for next generation neural morphological calculation. The relevant papers are published in the latest issue of Advanced Intelligent Systems.
