Zhu Min, vice chairman of the China Center for International Economic Exchange: suggest timely adjustment of the green financial financing structure.

[Zhu Min, vice chairman of the China Center for International Economic Exchange: proposal for timely adjustment of green financial financing structure] the 11th (2023) SIIFC International Symposium with the theme of "implementing the 'double carbon' strategy to promote high-quality transformation and development" was held in Shanghai. Zhu Min, vice chairman of the China Center for International Economic Exchange, said that in order to achieve the goal of "dual carbon", financial support for the "dual carbon" strategy should enter the era of zero-carbon finance. Zero-carbon finance should promote the transformation and development of heavy-carbon industry to green, light-carbon and low-carbon, while ensuring that hidden risks are effectively resolved. The scale of zero-carbon financial market is huge, and it has the characteristics of long term, high risk and large scale, so product innovation in financial market is very important. In terms of the overall structure, 90% of green zero-carbon financing comes from bank loans, 7% from bonds, and 3% through stocks and equity financing. This structure ratio is not suitable for the financing structure needed to promote the realization of the "double carbon" goal, and the market still needs to expand, adjust its structure and launch new products.
