FAP, June 2 / PRNewswire-FirstCall-Asianet /-- according to the US technology blog MacRumors, Morgan Stanley reported that Apple's long-rumored AR/VR Touxian will go into mass production in October and go public by December. Apple is still expected to unveil the headset at next week's annual Global developer Conference (WWDC), along with app development tools, and the device is expected to have a separate app store. Eric Woodlin, an analyst at Morgan Stanley, said in a research note that Apple's supply chain is preparing to assemble only 300000 to 500000 headsets this year. He believes the head will start at around $3000, and the gross margin is expected to be "close to break-even at first", suggesting that Apple will initially make a small profit on the device.
