Typhoon "Marva" caused flooding of rivers in many parts of Japan

As of 21:00 on the same day, about 178000 people across Japan had received asylum instructions. According to Japan's Mainichi Shimbun, at about 18:00 that day, a river in Iwada City, Shizuoka Prefecture, burst its banks and flooded. The city is confirming the disaster and has ordered the implementation of the highest alert level of "emergency security" to some parts of the city.
