FAP, June 2 (FAP)-scientists from Ohio University, Argonne National Laboratory, and the University of Illinois at Chicago, etc., have photographed monoatomic X-ray signals for the first time. This breakthrough is expected to revolutionize the way materials are tested. The study was published in the May 31 issue of the journal Nature.
