China is willing to work with Albania, under the strategic guidance of the heads of state of the two countries, to promote exchanges and dialogue at all levels in the economic and trade field, deepen practical cooperation in multilateral and bilateral fields, and promote greater development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Argentina. Wang Wentao stressed: opening up to the outside world is China's basic state policy, and the door of China's opening up will only open wider and wider. China welcomes Argentine enterprises and products to enter China, and hopes that Argentina will provide an open, fair and non-discriminatory business environment for Chinese enterprises and promote the high-quality development of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. Massa said that Argentina regards China as an important economic and trade partner and is willing to further deepen bilateral economic and trade cooperation.
