Xinhua News Agency, May 31, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources in Zhejiang Province issued a notice on the sale of the right to the use of state-owned construction land. A total of 12 cases of residential land were launched in this batch, with a total land area of about 480600 square meters and a starting total price of about 11.953 billion yuan. The land is planned to be sold centrally on June 30. Judging from the location of the plots, 12 plots are located in Gongshu District (2 cases), Xiaoshan District (2 cases), Yuhang District (1 case), Shangcheng District (1 case), Linping District (1 case), Fuyang District (3 cases) and Lin'an District (2 cases).
