23 consecutive gains end US gasoline prices falling below $3.68

According to the American Automobile Association, the average price of gasoline in the United States yesterday fell to $3.674 per gallon. The previous day, March 31, and the same period last year were $3.682, $3.501 and $4.12 per gallon, respectively. Prior to this, the price of gasoline in the United States rose for 23 consecutive days, from 3.461 US dollars per gallon to 3.686 US dollars per gallon, an increase of 6.5 per cent.
