[NATO Secretary General: NATO is working on an annual aid plan for Ukraine] on the eve of the informal meeting of NATO foreign ministers, NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg said in Oslo that NATO is currently working on a multi-year aid plan for Ukraine to help Ukraine transition from the Soviet era to modern NATO standards and equipment, so as to bring Ukraine closer to NATO. Stoltenberg also said that the upcoming NATO summit in July will further strengthen NATO's deterrence and defense capabilities.
