Deng Li made positive comments on the efforts made by Kshawalzad as ambassador to China to promote the development of Sino-Iranian relations, saying that China and Iran are comprehensive strategic partners, no matter how the international and regional situation changes. China will unswervingly develop friendly cooperation with Iran.
