FAP, April 21 (FAP)-- inventories of a variety of industrial metals have fallen to a decade low. Global copper stocks have continued to decline since 2023. London Metal Exchange (LME) copper stocks stood at 53100 tonnes as of April 18, the lowest level since 2013. Judging from the performance of the secondary market, the A-share industrial metals index fluctuated higher, hitting an intraday high of nearly a year on April 19. By the close of April 20, the industrial metals index had risen 19.9% so far this year, exceeding the Shanghai Composite Index by 10.91 percentage points in the same period.
