Xinhua News Agency, May 20, Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin announced: Chen Wenqing, member of the political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the political and Law Commission of the CPC Central Committee, will be invited to Russia from 21 to 28 May to attend the 11th International Conference of High Representatives on Security Affairs and hold the eighth meeting of the Sino-Russian Law Enforcement Security Cooperation Mechanism.
