In April, among the 70 large and medium-sized cities, the sales prices of newly built commercial housing and second-hand housing rose month-on-month in 62 and 36 cities respectively, a decrease of 2 and 21 respectively compared with the previous month. The sales prices of new commercial housing and second-hand housing rose year-on-year in 22 and 9 cities respectively, an increase of 4 and 1 respectively over the previous month.
