The second is to actively adapt to the new task of restoring and expanding consumption, and on the basis of doing a good job in ensuring the quality and safety of key areas of consumption, we should take more measures to boost consumer confidence and enhance the people's willingness to spend. The third is to step up efforts to crack down on false propaganda, fake sales, price fraud and other acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, continue to optimize the consumption environment, and make consumers feel strong and willing to spend. Fourth, strengthen the supply of substantive policies and measures to stabilize consumption, and take comprehensive measures in the areas of employment and income distribution, consumer infrastructure construction, and social basic security, so as to continuously improve the consumption capacity of the people.
