Among them, the electricity price is charged with the actual transaction settlement capacity of the regional power grid; the capacity price is charged with the sales capacity of each provincial power grid terminal (including market-oriented transaction electricity); within the scope of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid, the trading capacity of power plants located in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are not included in the scope of electricity tariff calculation and collection of North China Power Grid. Second, the capacity electricity price of the regional power network shall be recovered through the transmission and distribution price of the provincial power network as the cost-sharing of the superior power network.
