China Evergrande: the company, its subsidiary Guangzhou Kailong and the company's controlling shareholder Xu Jiayin are the persons subject to the enforcement notice. China Evergrande announced that it had received an enforcement notice issued by the Guangzhou Intermediate people's Court of Guangdong Province on the arbitration award of the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court. The Company, the Company's subsidiary, Guangzhou Kailong Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Xu Jiayin, the controlling shareholder and executive director of the Company, are the executees of the enforcement notice.
