Changhe will get 3 billion euros from the sale of part of its stake in Italian network assets to Yintuo.

[Changhe will get 3 billion euros from the sale of a stake in Italian network assets to EQT.AB] Changhe will receive about 3 billion euros ($3.3 billion) by selling a majority stake in its Italian network infrastructure portfolio to private equity firm Yin Tinto, according to people familiar with the matter. The group is finalising a deal to spin off the infrastructure assets of its Italian subsidiary Wind Tre SpA into a new company and sell a 60 per cent stake to Yin Tinto. The union of Wind Tre, Italy's third-largest mobile operator, said late last month that it planned to sell a 60 per cent stake in its wholesale network assets to Yin Tinto. They did not disclose financial terms. (Bloomberg)
