There are some problems in Shanxi Branch of Zhonghui Futures Co., Ltd., such as non-standard examination procedure of intermediary contract, inadequate due diligence of brokers, inadequate tracking management of brokers and inadequate management of salesmen, which reflects that the internal control of the branch is not perfect and violates the relevant regulations. It is decided to take the supervision and management measures of issuing warning letters to the branch, which shall be recorded in the integrity files of the securities and futures market.
