Passenger Association: retail sales of 375000 vehicles in the passenger car market increased by 67% from May 1 to 7 compared with the same period last year.

FIFA data show that from May 1 to 7, retail sales in the passenger car market were 375000, an increase of 67% over the same period last year and 46% over the same period last month. Retail sales so far this year totaled 6.27 million, up 1% from the same period last year. From May 1 to 7, passenger car manufacturers nationwide wholesale 192000 vehicles, down 1% from the same period last year and 1% from the same period last month. Since the beginning of this year, a total of 7.034 million vehicles have been wholesale, up 7% from the same period last year. From May 1 to 7, retail sales in the new energy vehicle market were 99000, an increase of 128 percent over the same period last year and 38 percent over the same period last month. Retail sales so far this year totaled 1.943 million, up 39 percent over the same period last year. National passenger car manufacturers wholesale 68000 new energy vehicles, up 35 percent from the same period last year, 8 percent over the same period last month; and 2.108 million wholesale vehicles so far this year, up 32 percent from the same period last year.
