In the end, Hangzhou Yunchuan won the Wuyuan Bay site for 2.475 billion yuan, attracted investment for 6.37 billion yuan for the Sports Park site, and ITC won the Xiang'an Pengcuo site at a base price of 1.3 billion yuan.
