FAP, May 10 / PRNewswire-FirstCall-Asianet /-NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory is developing a snake-like robot that it hopes to deploy to outer space to explore life beyond Earth. The project, called the Cosmic living Life Surveyor (EELS), is a 5-meter-long serpentine robot that can move in solids and liquids and collect samples, the New York Post reported Monday. NASA hopes to reach the surface of Saturn's sixth largest moon Enceladus and delve deeper into its geological features. It is reported that Saturn has 83 moons.
